Request for comments on the control of the list of ozone depleting substances

On 16 Oct. 2021, China MEE has released the revised list of ozone depleting substances under control for public comments. Under the requirements of the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer agreed upon in Oct. 2016, the Revised List shall contain HFCs.
