New food labeling regulations

On 13 April, 2021, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) issued the "Administrative Measures on Import and Export Food Safety" which will come into force since 1 January, 2022. The Chinese labels for imported health foods and special dietary foods shall be directly printed on the package since 2022.
