She is the Deputy GM of Oriental Chemical Information Co., Ltd. (OCI), also the Cosmetics Department Manager, a senior consultant for cosmetics and raw material regulations in OCI, familiar with the cosmetics regulatory system.
She has successfully completed multiple declared projects about cosmetics and new cosmetic ingredients, and has provided consulting, analysis or declaration services for many Fortune 500 companies, especially for the changes in the regulatory model of cosmetics and new cosmetic ingredients in China in the recent years, as well as regional regulations and regulatory innovations, with sufficient strategy and operational experience.Familiar with American PCPC(Short for Personal Care Products Council) and EU CPNP(short for Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) technical service, has made many speeches on the regulations and compliance of NCI in the Webinars or on-site meetings. Her name has appeared many times in “EURO Cosmetics” and "China Cosmetics" magazine as an author, she is one of the most front-line and professional experts about cosmetics new ingredients compliance.
Lincoln, a graduate of Veterinary Medicine , has nine years of experience in testing and six years of experience in cosmetics registration. He is currently the Chief of Test/Lab Study and the Chief of the Cosmetics Dept of OCI.
Lincoln is familiar with the data and testing requirements of many product regulations in China, and has rich front-line and practical experience in the testing items and cosmetics compliance procedures of China's cosmetics, new chemical substances, fertilizers, new food raw materials and additives declaration requirements.I used to conduct research on the toxicology and environmental toxicology of several new chemical substances at the level of 3-4, research on the interbreeding and toxicological generation dynamics, and study on the toxicology of several foods for 90 days. Lincoln have maintained good working relations with various important testing institutions in China and reviewed thousands of various testing reports. At present, he has supervised many registered projects of cosmetics, and published two review articles in European Cosmetics.
